Orbit uncertainty after observation submissions
Each row is an independent Find_Orb reconstruction using only observations whose WAMO submission time is at or before that row. The uncertainty is evaluated at the nearest Find_Orb ephemeris minute to the exact submission UTC. Thus later observations cannot influence an earlier row. Missing values identify insufficient observations or a failed historical fit. Each object keeps its complete table and matching graph together.
